What I Did To Tone Up

A few years ago when I started my instagram page, I was amazed by all the fitness accounts out there. As I scrolled through my feed, I would see abs popping left and right. At that time I was working out 5 days a week, would end every workout with 20 minutes of abs, and was cutting back on calories/watching what I was eating, so I just couldn’t understand why my muscles weren’t “forming” the way I wanted them to.
